Every job is priced individually based on volume, weight, and access. Our past jobs have ranged from $125 to $1,800. We don’t use a formula or charge by the hour—you get a flat price upfront before we start.
Most jobs are scheduled within a few days of the quote. For urgent situations we can often accommodate same-day or next-day service depending on our schedule. We’ll always give you the earliest available date when we quote.
Not always. If the items are accessible and we’ve confirmed the scope via photos, we can often complete the job without you being present. We’ll coordinate access details when we schedule.
We cannot remove hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, asbestos), medical waste, or anything requiring special disposal permits. If you’re unsure, send us photos and we’ll let you know.
